TR-JC02 Single-head Terminal Crimping Dipping Tin and Inserting Plastic Shell machine

Implementation functions: fixed-length cutting + double-head stripping and crimping + single-end tin dipping + pressure detection + CCD visual core wire detection + CCD visual appearance detection + rubber shell insertion + pull-back detection

One end is inserted into the shell, and the other end is connected with terminals + tin dipped (long and short wires).

Suitable for single-layer rubber shells, double-layer rubber shells, and multi-layer rubber shells;

Rubber shell loading method: vibrating plate loading (standard machine), optional robot loading and manual loading;

Standard processing length: 40-850mm (pulling the wire twice can reach 1500mm), long and short wires can be realized;

Wire diameter range: 30-18AWG;

Terminal length range: within 30mm (excluding tape);

Crimping stroke: 36mm

The crimping machine head is a servo 2T terminal machine, and the crimping height is adjusted by computer;

Equipment efficiency: 2.2S sec/wire, about 1600 wires/hour (wire cutting length 100mm)
